By using My Portfolio, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

The Service

My Portfolio lets designers create a public portfolio page to showcase their work. The free plan allows up to 6 projects; the "Pro" plan (once enabled) raises this limit and unlocks additional features such as custom domains.

Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure, and for any content you post or upload to the platform. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

Your Content

You retain full ownership and rights to your work and images you upload. By publishing them on your public page, you grant us only a limited license to display them as part of operating the service.

Acceptable Use

• You may not upload content that is unlawful, infringes on someone else's intellectual property, or is abusive.
• You may not use the platform for any fraudulent or illegal purpose.
• We reserve the right to suspend or remove any account that violates these terms.

Custom Domains

When you connect your own domain, you are responsible for your domain's DNS configuration. We are not liable for any downtime caused by misconfiguration on your end or by your domain provider.

Billing (once enabled)

Once the paid Pro plan is enabled, pricing, billing, and cancellation details will be clearly presented before any payment is made.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect damages arising from use of the platform.
